Ingredients for 5 servings

1 cup hot cooked rice (I usually omit) (optional)

sour cream

guacamole

sliced scallion

1 package flour tortilla (10-in. The recipe usually uses 5 tortillas the way I make it)

your favorite salsa

3-5 dashes garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder or ground dried chile

hot sauce

Filling

shredded lettuce

Toppings

8 ounces cheddar cheese or monterey jack pepper cheese , shredded or thinly sliced (I use low fat)

chopped tomato

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

sliced jalapenos

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 (14 ounce) can refried beans (I use fat free)

sliced black olives

Any or all of the following to taste
