1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 + 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of cloves

1/3 cup tomato paste

2 cups beef broth

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 lime, juiced

1/2 - 2 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced, optional, you determine the amount

1 tablespoon Chile powder

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon Sea or Kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

vegetable oil

Fresh made corn tortillas

about 1 quart of vegetable or peanut oil

1 pint Heavy cream

1/3 cup buttermilk
