1 cup prosecco or other sparkling white wine, divided

3 cups fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth

2 ounces fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, divided

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
