3 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

optional: a few dashes of cinnamon or cayenne or ginger powder

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice + 1/4 tsp lemon zest

1/2 cup almond milk (make it fresh!)

2 very ripe bananas

1 tsp chia seeds

1/2 - 1 tsp flax seeds (whole or crushed)

1/3 cup maple syrup (or substitute with another sweetener)

1 cup organic fresh blueberries (washed/dried)

1/2 cup raw slivered almonds (or another raw nut or seed)

2 Tbsp chopped crystalized ginger

1 Tbsp virgin coconut oil - melted (or another oil) (optional)
