3 scallions cut thinly

1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

2 cucumbers chopped

2 tablespoons sambal oelek

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sesame seed

1 cup kimchee finely chopped

1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger

1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cups cooked white rice

Tortillas (burrito sized)

Cooked Flank, sliced across the grain

Shredded cheddar cheese
