2 cups (300g) fresh or frozen corn kernels

1 small tomato, diced

1 small red onion, diced

½ bell pepper, diced

1 small fresh chile, seeded and chopped

½ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley or cilantro

generous pinch of ancho or chipotle chili powder

juice of 1 to 2 limes
