14 ounces arborio rice

3 ounces soy parmesan, grated

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, sliced

3/4 cup dry white wine

2 garlic cloves, minced

coarse salt and freshly-ground pepper

1 quart chicken broth

4 chicken sausage links (I used Trader Joe’s Onion & Sweet Pepper chicken sausage)

1 tablespoon margarine

6 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 cup chopped onion
