3/4 cup chicken stock

2 tbsp dried rosemary

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp dried sage

2 tsp fennel seeds

1-1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

4 cloves garlic

2/3 cup pine nuts

2 tbsp butter

1 onion , chopped

2 cups chopped fennel

1 each sweet red and green pepper , chopped

2 cups long grain rice

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp saffron threads , crumbled

3 cups chicken stock

1/2 cup golden raisins

1/2 cup white wine

2 tbsp all purpose flour

1/2 cup chicken stock
