1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese
1 Scoop plain or vanilla protein powder
2-5 Drops peppermint extract (or to taste)
2-3 pkts Stevia or sweetener of choice (or to taste)
1 tbs Sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
5-10 Ice cubes (more or less depending on how thick you like it)
4-6 oz Cold water (more or less depending on desired thickness)
5-10 A few drops of red food coloring for candy cane swirl!
