1 tablespoon Oriental sesame oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1/4 cup white-wine vinegar

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon minced seeded fresh jalapeƱo pepper (wear rubber gloves)

1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh gingerroot

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
