Ingredients for 4 servings

1/4 cup olive oil

4 x garlic cloves, minced

1 lb small pasta shells

1 can (15 oz) ready-cut diced tomatoes with their juice

1 jar (7 oz) roasted red peppers, well drained and diced

1/4 cup pitted and roughly chopped black olives (DT: I used Kalamata)

2 tbsp red wine

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

1 1/2 tsp dried oregano

1 cup (about 5 oz) crumbled feta cheese
