  • 1/3 cup sliced pitted oil-cured olives
  • 2 Tbsps minced fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup diced fennel
  • 1 cup light cream combined with 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried, crumbled
  • 1/2 lb orzo
  • 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2/3 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 16-oz can plum tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 lb fresh Mozzarella, diced
