  • 3 cup Marinara Sauce (recipe below)
  • 8 oz dried manicotti shells (about 14)
  • 8 x Clove Garlic,finely chopped
  • 4 cup whole-milk ricotta
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 7 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsely
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 x Egg,beaten
  • 28 oz peeled tomatoes(Marinara sauce)
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil(Marinara sauce)
  • 2 x garlic clove, finely chopped(Marinara sauce)
  • 1 x Bay Leaf(Marinara sauce)
  • 1/2 x onion(small), finely chopped(Marinara sauce)
  • 3/4 tsp Dried Oregano(Marinara sauce)
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme(Marinara sauce)
  • 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped(Marinara sauce)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste(Marinara sauce)
