8 oz dried manicotti shells (about 14)

8 x Clove Garlic,finely chopped

4 cup whole-milk ricotta

1 cup Grated Parmesan

7 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsely

1 1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

3/4 tsp freshly ground nutmeg

1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

2 x Egg,beaten

28 oz peeled tomatoes(Marinara sauce)

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil(Marinara sauce)

2 x garlic clove, finely chopped(Marinara sauce)

1 x Bay Leaf(Marinara sauce)

1/2 x onion(small), finely chopped(Marinara sauce)

3/4 tsp Dried Oregano(Marinara sauce)

1/4 tsp Dried Thyme(Marinara sauce)

1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped(Marinara sauce)

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste(Marinara sauce)
