200.0ml carton coconut cream

50.0g bean sprouts

1.0 tbsp fish sauce

2 medium butternut squash , peeled, deseeded and cut into 4.5cm chunks

100.0g red Thai curry paste

5.0 tbsp vegetable oil

2 x 400g cans coconut milk
