2 cups fresh basil leaves, chopped finely
1/2 cup Parmesano or Italian Cheese, Shaved
1/2 - 1 full garlic clove diced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup of chopped tomatoes or can of "petite" chopped tomatoes drained (save juice)
thinly sliced bagels (or package of bagel snacks which are already sliced very thin).
*Salt & pepper to individual taste
