TUNA IN CHERRY TOMATOES

2 teaspoons fresh parsley , Chopped

1/2 teaspoon hot paprika

STUFFED DATES

1/2 cup flaked tuna , well drained

SHRIMP AND ONION

12 medium shrimp , peeled, deveined and tails removed

12 pieces green bell peppers , 3/4-inch square

12 pitted dates

24 pistachio nuts , shelled

12 small pickled pearl onions

1/2 honeydew melon

1/2 cup ouzo

6 pitted dates , cut in half across the middle

4 tablespoons feta cheese , crumbled
