I had a feeling when I read your website. I'm in week 15. Changing my life. It's awesome ! I'm GF, Diary free, wheat/egg/cow/corn free (per bloodwork confirmed allergies). I don't like to cook so this is all big changes for me.

Pamela, I'm 2 for 2 with your recipes. This was so good and better than kale chips. I didn't have parchment paper so I skipped that. What's the purpose of it? I think you're gonna be my go to chef! Did you by any chance go to IIN?

unrefined coconut oil, melted or olive oil for coating the greens

fine sea salt to taste
