Ingredients for 15 servings

8 oz fresh raw fish fillet such as striped bass, finely diced

1 medium seeded tomato, finely diced

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

1 tbsp minced red onion

1/2 jalapeƱo, minced

1/4 yellow bell pepper, finely diced

1/2 tbsp olive oil

3 drops tabasco sauce

3 tbsp fresh lime, (1 or 2 limes)

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, as needed

2 large cucumbers (thirty 1/2-inch-thick slices)

fresh cilantro for garnish
