Ingredients for 12 servings

1 package of dough (sometimes it comes on a roll, but it may come already cut in pieces. I made 24 samosas)

4 boiled potatoes cut into little cubes (they should be very soft, but not completely mashed)

2 onions – chopped finely

1 can of peas (if you use fresh ones, cook them for some time before adding the potatoes)

1 teaspoon of chili sauce (in case you use chili paste or fresh chili, cook them with the onion)

1 teaspoon of ground coriander

1 pinch of cumin seeds

1 pinch of methi seeds

Juice of ½ lime

1 pinch of garam masala

Salt to taste

2 egg yolks (optional)

Sesame seeds (optional)

Oil
