olive oil for brushing

sea salt and cracked black pepper

200 g green beans, trimmed, blanched and sliced

200 g snow peas (mange tout), trimmed, blanched and sliced

1 cup coriander (cilantro) leaves to serve

2 cloves garlic

2 large red chillies, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon chopped coriander (cilantro) root

2 green onions (scallions), roughly sliced

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon brown sugar
