1 large Sweet potato, peeled and cubed into 1 inch cubes

2 medium Sweet onions, cut into thick wedges

2 large Carrots, peeled and diced into 1 inch pieces

2 large Parsnips, peeled and diced into 1 inch pieces

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Minced onion (or 1/2 tsp onion powder)

1/4 tsp Poultry seasoning

Optional: 1 pkt stevia or 1 tsp sweetener

2 tbs Low sugar maple syrup or honey (or 2 tbs balsamic vinegar)

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
