2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped (optional)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon sesame seed

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

2 tablespoons Korean red pepper flakes (gochugahloo-고추가루 )
