2 cups butternut squash, cut into bite sized pieces

1 onion, diced

4 ounces mushrooms, sliced

1 cup kale, torn into bite-sized pieces

1 tablespoon sage, thinly sliced

1/2 cup milk or cream

1 cup gruyere, shredded
