3 clove garlic, smashed

Pinch of crushed red pepper

1½ cup veggie or chicken stock

1 lb fresh whole wheat pappardelle

1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano

Extra virgin olive oil, for finishing

½ cup pepitas (green pumpkin seeds), toasted
