60 g of millet flour, organic

2 tbsp of crème fraîche

1 pinch of sea salt

50 g of Demerara sugar

50 g of butter

1 tbsp of honey

1 tsp of baking powder

150 g of plain flour

100 g of oats, toasted

800 ml of milk

75 g of caster sugar

20 g of glucose

1 sheet of gelatine

100 ml of condensed milk
