1/2 cup chopped pitted, oil cured black olives

1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes

1 5-ounce can tuna, preferably packed in olive oil (such as Bumble Bee Prime Fillet Tonno in Olive Oil)

Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
