Ingredients for 4 servings

1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

1 beaten egg

1 cup pineapple chunk

6 chicken tenders, season with

1/2 cup flour

honey mustard dressing

mild cheddar cheese (grated)

20 sliced almonds (five each serving)

mozzarella cheese (grated)

romaine lettuce (I use the one in the bag ready to serve it cuts time)

salt & pepper
