2 2-lb. racks pork spareribs

1/2 cup worcestershire sauce

Juice of 2 lemons

1 tbsp. Barbecue Spice Mix

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

4 tbsp. butter

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
