2.0 tsp curry paste (tikka is good)

25.0g butter

large handful coriander leaves, chopped

½ tsp dried chilli flakes

grilled tomatoes , to serve

about 4.0 tbsp milk

200.0g tub Greek yogurt

1.0kg floury potatoes , peeled and cut into chunks
