Delicious! I received very good reviews from dinner guests. I doubled the recipe and cooked in a large dutch oven, using canned pinto and white beans, and a few other adaptations. It's a bit involved, but the development and layering of the flavors is worth it. Served with quick pickled red onions and peppers, and a salad.

Ingredients for 4 servings

~1 1/2 cup fresh Borlotti Bean

~1 1/2 cup winter Squash

Olive Oil

4-5 big leaves of Kale

2 tbsp Butter

1 medium Onion, chopped

2-4 x red Jalapeno chiles, halved, seeded and chopped

2 x garlic cloves, chopped

1 lb fresh plum tomatoes, chopped or 14-ounce can

2 tsp Paprika

1 oz almonds, dark roasted and finely ground

2 oz dark 70% dark chocolate, broken into pieces

salt
