Ingredients for 9 servings

1 kg butternut squash

500 grams feta cheese (and a little more for the top of the pie )

750 grams flour

410 grams evaporated milk

2 tbsps butter (and a little more for the top of the pie )

2  eggs

1 pinch salt

Preparation

1.

Cut the butternut squash in to half and peal it.Then slice it in to very thick pieces and leave it in a bowl for about 45'.

In a large bowl smash the feta cheese with a fork and then and the eggs. Then and the butternut squash and stir it with a wooden spoon. And last add the flour and milk.

Take a large pan and butter it ( the pan must be big for the pie to be at least 2 inches thick ). Once you butter it add the mixture and put the pan in the oven at 220 degrease for about 1-2 hours.

When the pie is golden on top and ready in the middle pull it out of the oven and let it cool. The pie is ready for you to eat. Bon appetite <3
