  • 1 tbsp olive or canola oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp dried
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
