6 ripe peaches , peeled, pitted and sliced

2 ounces unsalted butter , room temperature

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon unsalted butter , melted

2 tablespoons sugar

5 ounces almond paste

1 1/2 tablespoons dark rum
