Ingredients for 4 servings

8 ears cooked corn on the cob (sub 2 15 oz cans or frozen)

1/4 stick butter

1/4  small onion - finley diced

1/4 cup heavy cream

3 tsp honey

salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

1.

Cut the corn off the cob. Add corn, onion and butter to frypan

2.

Cook corn until slightly browned adding salt and pepper

3.

Add heavy cream and honey and complete cooking, lightly browning and crisp
