I followed the Olive Hummus Recipe that I linked in step #1, but I added Homemade SesameTahini to the recipe.

Ingredients for 1 serving

2 slice of Sprouted Wheat Bread

2 slice of Tomato

2 Tbsp of Olive Hummus http allrecipes com recipe minute-olive hummus

1 Tsp of Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tsp of Spicy Brown Mustard

1 Shallot sliced

1/2 Avocado sliced

1/2 Tsp Tajin Seasoning

2 Tbsp Curly Kale Greens sliced

Preparation

1.

Spread Hummus on 1 slice of bread http://allrecipes.com/recipe/5-minute-olive-hummus/

2.

Put Tomato Slices on top of Hummus

3.

Place Mustard and Avocado Slices on the other slice of bread

4.

Sprinkle Tajin Seasoning on the Avocado Slices

5.

Place Kale greens on top of Avocado and pour Red Wine Vinegar on Kale. Put Shallots on top of Tomato slices

6.

Place the slices of Bread together, cut sandwich diagonally and enjoy!
