1 (9 ounce) can tuna (undrained is fine)

3 cups crumbled lays vinegar potato chips or regular potato chips

2-3 hard-boiled eggs , peeled and chopped

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

5 1/2 ounces water

3 cups freshly cooked medium egg noodles (drained and warm)
