1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsps powdered peanut butter
2 tbsps vanilla sugar
In a counter-top blender, whip cream on medium speed until fluffy.
Lower speed and add in powdered peanut butter and sugar.
Using a rubber spatula, collect topping into clean ziplock back. Snip corner of the bag and pipe onto "Parker's Village PB&J Cupcakes".
