cinnamon powder : 2 big tea spoon
lemon/orange juice : 2 big tea spoon
sugar : 4 big tea spoon
water : 1/2 cup
all purpose flour : 1/2 cup
whole milk :2/3 cup
sugar:2 big tea spoon
vegetable oil : 4 tea spoon
Prepare a sauce pan and add 4 big tea spoon sugar and 1/2 cup water with middle heat. Once the sugar has dissolved, put apples (sliced into 1/2 inch-thick rounds), 2 big tea spoon cinnamon powder and 2 big tea spoon lemon/orange juice. Stir fry the apples about 10 minutes and transfer the apples to the other container.
Put 1/2 cup all purpose flour+2/3 cup whole milk+1 egg+ 2 big tea spoon sugar +4 tea spoon +vegetable oil and mix up.
Preheat a fry pan and add 1 tea spoon oil around the pan . Put 1/2 mixing and cook it with middle heat about 10 minutes.
Flip to the other side.
Add the apple filling.
Fold the crepe.
