3/4 lb green beans, stems pinched off

1 tsp finely chopped chives

1/4 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme

1 tbsp minced shallots

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp heavy cream

scant 1/4 tsp salt

tiny pinch freshly ground pepper

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tsp honey (optional)

a handful frisee or little gem hearts

a handful small cherry tomatoes, each cut in half

1/2 cup hazelnuts, smashed and toasted
