2 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon, thinly sliced

4 radishes, thinly sliced

4 small purple potatoes, very thinly sliced

1/2 leek, thinly sliced

½ fennel bulb, thinly sliced

10 cherry tomatoes, halved

sprigs of dill

sprigs of thyme
