250 g chocolate biscuits (I used Oreo biscuits)

100 g hazelnuts, toasted, skins removed

120 g unsalted butter, melted

4 eggs

1 firmly packed cup (250g) brown sugar

2 tbs plain flour, sifted

500 g cream cheese, softened

300 g light sour cream

300 ml thickened cream, plus extra whipped to serve

1 tsp vanilla extract

100 g good-quality dark chocolate, melted, cooled slightly

1/3 cup (80ml) espresso, cooled

Icing sugar, to dust
