Olive oil spray

2 Tbsps light butter (stick, not tub)

1 1/2 Tbsps hot sauce (a thick one like Frank’s), plus more to taste

2 1/2 Tbsps Blue Cheese Dressing

4 Boneless Buffalo Strips

1 medium stalk celery, cut into sticks

1 medium carrot, cut into sticks

6 cherry tomatoes
