Hemp Almond Coconut Bars

Ingredients for 14 servings

20 dates, pitted and chopped

6 Tbsps coconut oil

2 Tbsps almond butter

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup raw almonds

1/2 cup hemp protein powder

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup almond meal

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

2 Tbsps water



Process dates, coconut oil, almond butter and vanilla until well combined Add all other ingredients & pulse in processor until just combined Line 9x13 pan with wax paper Spread mixture onto wax paper & flatten until tightly packed Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then slice into bars, store in refrigerator for an easy grab & go snack
