1 ¼ cups corn syrup **(380g)

¼ teaspoon salt

2 cups granulated sugar

½ teaspoon ground ginger

1½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ground cloves

2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons cornstarch (~20g)

1 teaspoon sweet curry powder, optional***
