10 Ingredients

  • 4 x carrots, trimmed, scrubbed & cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 inch 3 celery ribs, cut into pieces
  • 1 x leek, white part only, sliced
  • 1 small onion, peeled & quartered
  • 10 x sun-dried tomato halves
  • 1 1/2 cup cremini mushrooms (caps & stems), cleaned & quartered
  • 2 x cloves garlic
  • generous handful of fresh parsley, including stems
  • 7 oz Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
