  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 lbs Granny Smith apples, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsps maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
