Ingredients for 6 servings

150 g Israeli couscous

1 tsp turmeric

1 tbs extra virgin olive oil

1 courgette

50 g pecan nuts

2 tbs maple syrup

1 lemon juice and zest

1 large parsnip, peeled

30 g unsalted butter

1 tsp savoury chopped

2 tbs chive batons

50 g raisins

100 ml strong hot Assam tea

2 tbs pomegranate seeds

salt and pepper
