1 tablespoon chopped chives

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

2 tablespoons chopped yellow onions

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 pound fresh raw bay scallops, cleaned

1 tablespoon chopped shallots

1/2 pound butter, cold and cubed

1/2 pound red cabbage, cored and shredded

1 recipe Chili Butter Sauce, recipe follows


1/2 pound Napa cabbage, cored and shredded

1/2 teaspoon salt

15 romaine lettuce leaves

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

2/3 cup thinly sliced red onions

2 dozen round wrappers

1 teaspoon chili paste

1 tablespoon honey
