Ingredients for 6 servings

3 cups flour

1/2 tsp Table salt

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp Ground cardamom

1 tbsp finely ground coffee beans

3 x eggs

1 cup Canola oil

1 cup sugar

2/3 cup brown sugar

2 cups shredded zucchini

1 x 8 oz can of crushed pineapple
