Ingredients for 6 servings

3 cups Flour

1/2 tsp Table Salt

2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Ground Cardamom

1 tbsp finely ground coffee beans

3 x Eggs

1 cup Canola Oil

1 cup sugar

2/3 cup Brown Sugar

2 cups shredded zucchini

1 x 8 oz can of crushed pineapple
