1 x Shallot, finely minced

2 cups Mushrooms, chopped in small dices

2 tbsp Sage, chopped

1 cup raw walnuts, shelled and halved

4-6 tbsp brown butter

to taste salt and pepper

optional Grated Parmesan Cheese
